He’s in Liverpool Magistrates Court tomorrow. Do they have cells there? I reckon they’ll take him there tonight, maybe, if so? It’ll be fucking carnage there tomorrow.

He’s not being named due to his age. And, the case is very much sub judice, so social media news pages are turning off their comments sections. To ensure there’s no risk of prejudicing the trial. But, no doubt some divvies will claim conspiracy over that too.

You're right about the intelligence, though.  I hope Labour take the Fascist threat a lot more seriously than the Tories did and commit serious resources to countering them.

Shame that we'd be reliant on authoritarian means to address the delusion that these cunts have any power or any kind of righteous excuse for persecuting innocent parties.

If only there was some kind of decentralised association capable of mobilising counter actions... Some kind of anti-fascist type deal...

I think the British legal system is not doing society any favours, it leaves the space ripe for explosive rumours and forces police chiefs into talking about how some horrible crime affected them personally, whilst the public is often kept in the dark with the actual details. It plays right into the hands of any actors determined to exploit the situation for their objectives.

All this at a time when increasing number of people believe the authorities and media are constantly twisting "the truth" and trying to engineer people's reality.

Ursula Doyle, deputy chief crown prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service Mersey-Cheshire, said: "We remind all concerned that criminal proceedings against the defendant are active and that he has the right to a fair trial.

"It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary, or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.

“If man is to survive, he will have learned to take a delight in the essential differences between men and between cultures. He will learn that differences in ideas and attitudes are a delight, part of life's exciting variety, not something to fear.”

We appear to be a long way from this.

If the fella who carried out that horrific attack was white, the riots of the last 2 nights wouldn't have happened

I'm not sure what that says about where we are right now.

He wasn't Muslim or an immigrant; still didn't stop the cunts.

I replied to a tweet of the Brick Dick footage and it got restricted by Twitter on the grounds (laughably enough) of "Hateful conduct".

I've appealed, pointing out that it very obviously doesn't come within a million miles of breaching their guidelines.

This sounds like something Farage would say unless I'm reading it wrong.

This fella calls himself a journalist and has appeared on TV programmes such as Good Morning Britain spouting his far right wing bollocks.

You not got onto him before?

Get on his timeline

He tweets almost relentlessly about muslins/immigrants.

There is no way he isn't getting funded by someone, the bowl headed nonce

He is also begging for money as someone else has took legal action against him
