Losing 2 players to long term injuries because of internationals. One of which was pointless as well. Yet you can guarantee if they get a chance to expand these tournaments  they always will.

The tipping point is not far away is it.

I don’t know what the answer is though. Either needs pushback from the various club leagues affected or for clubs themselves to start holding players back. Problem is it appears the players want to play these games. I wonder if Bayern will think twice before letting their players go. Losing those 2 could have ruined their chances of a Champion’s League win.

This is the fucking longest international break ever and it doesn’t end until Wednesday.

Ive not watched 1 minute of any of the football, I’ve been spending time with my wife & daughter… it’s awful.

Seems to be a pissing contest between FIFA and UEFA and the clubs are suffering.

There is simply too much football but nobody wants to address it because of £££££££

Imagine how bad it's been for them.

Lerma at palace would be a good squad option for us. Great engine, quick and a real fighter.

Age would ho against him, I do like him alot though

Cracking goal from Eze. Can see a fair few big clubs looking at him this summer.

He should have left a year or two ago. 27 in a couple of months and they apparently want 60ml. I always thought we should have got him when Hendo was starting to struggle. Thought you could convert him into that right side of the three in midfield. Now he'd be a great alternative with Szoboszlai

Going from an international break straight into an FA Cup weekend is a joke. What a horrendous schedule.

Although we are all desperate for real football to start again ( presumably) I think it works out better for us to have the weekend off. Long flights et cetera

Everton won’t have many international players so it won’t much difference to them.

Just noticed that the cup final is scheduled for the weekend we play Brighton, so if they get that far, our match will be re-arranged. Hopefully we’ll be home and hosed by then.

If it did end up happening and game actually mattered (i doubt it will) it could help us - as i'd imagine it would be the midweek after final before last league game.

A team who have played in a cup final 3 days before win or lose are unlikely to be bang at it IMO.
