Is this the worst bottom 3 in top flight history? Ipswich and Southampton combined have the same number of points as Wolves, who are 17th and currently averaging less than 1 point per game. Liverpool have 27 more points than the bottom 3 combined.

I think it's unhealthy that all 3 promoted teams are going back down, and all 3 relegated teams are probably coming back up.

Promoted teams playing the ball from the back against better teams not worked out they dont need to resort to Wimbledon long ball tactics but some adapting must be found or we will have same 3 promoted sides going back down next season

If this sensor exists, wouldn't they put it into cricket balls instead of using the

snick-o-metre sound to determine if it's been touched?

I didn't think they had this type of technology

It depends what size and shape the sensor is. With a football, there's plenty of space inside, regardless, but a cricket ball is solid. It may be possible to channel a space inside to fit the sensor, but that may interfere with the balance and the flight of the ball.

As far as Prem CB's go, Nathan Collins would be top of my list to bring in.

He's very good alright.

My gut feeling tells me he might be a year off for a team like us, but I think he has the makings of a really top defender.

Isn't he just, looks like someone who has another level to go to but even now he ticks many boxes......it's whether you pay 40-50m for him now or wait next summer when he could be 70-80m.

People can say this and that about grealish the footballer, But at the end of the day, he comes across as a genuinely good person with actual humility and cares for other people.

Did he not flaunt the lockdown rules and have a party?  Then had a car accident and disappeared because he was bladdered?

Not sure about the "genuinely good" and "humility" bits, Chris.

yeah he's another in a long line of wrong 'un's who manages to disarm and fool people into thinking 'he's just like us so he must be alright' with his cheeky chappy persona when in fact he's a massive twat.

He's no Kyle Walker though.

He was fond of drink alright, and apparently into your yokes in his younger days. I think you lads call them "Gary abletts"

But if you ever see him meeting fans, he's always fantastic with them.

Think he's closer to the 70 than 40 now myself.

I think if you made a 2nd team of the year, he would be in with a real chance of getting in.

Let's say Virgil and Konate in the team of the year. In the second team, Gabriel would be a cert. Can't think of any others that have been better than Collins. Maybe Huijsen is around his level - certainly two exceptionally good young defenders.
