Nah they literally take anyone they can get, my mate worked in one for four years said it was full of fit female guards. The blokes were mostly simpletons who'd have been working the doors if it was 20 years ago.

 

The cleaning company used to smuggle drugs in but the prison administration let them to prevent riots, as all the education and exercise stuff had been stopped due to cuts. 

 

The system is a total cluster fuck.

Social media is full of the helmets showing off how they’re ’living large’ in HMP

Mostly it’s 15 inch TV, PlayStation 2 and a 1998 hifi. They also show off their shower gels and happy shopper noodles all lined up neatly.

They can never disguise though that the toilet is usually about 12 inches from their pillow.

My biggest fear of going to prison would be getting trapped with these morons.

This is very funny.  I think you are saying we shouldn’t have women working in men’s prisons as they may have sex with inmates but if the women identified as a man I’m sure you’d be fine with it.  How about the other way round? Should men be in women’s prisons- but it’s ‘hate’ to object to that surely?  See how stupid it is?

I'm asking a question about gender inequality in the workplace and whether or not the prison system has the same problems as the corporate world. 

 

The word 'gender' doesn't always have to be about trans people, if you can try and get that into your strange little mind.

Yep, my first reaction seeing the video was 'is it fake?', my second was 'why would she allow herself to be filmed and identified with all the repercussions?', but if she has an Only Fans platform that explains everything.

I think she’s going to regret this as the authorities will throw the book at her.  She’s undermined every female prison officer- imagine them going into work this weekend and the shit they’ll get. As I said earlier if she’s taken anything in for the bloke she’ll get a pretty amount of time.

If I was elected my first order would be to eliminate the entire prison population. I know that's not very nice, but still.

What would she be arrested for? I saw someone mention about inmates not being able to give consent so it’s rape or something? Surely she won’t be prosecuted beyond some restrictions for her future employment - like not working with vulnerable people say.

Misconduct in a public office.

 

And she’ll be jailed so the courts set an example. It’s not just the video. If she’s doing this she’s opening herself up to blackmail from criminals and bringing prohibited items into prison for her ‘lover’ or other prisoners.
