He’d destroy everything he’s stood for and become the biggest cunt on tour.

But I'd be right and some TLw big hitters would need to come grovelling to me. The latter is more important than the health of golf.

Pretty sure he must be mighty pissed off to have been hung out to dry by Monahan.

The alleged background story is that he has been told there will be a full merger in the near future so he either gets to cash a check or not.

I mean, he really needs the money.

There's no way he does that, regardless of how much he's offered. He'd just look like the biggest bellend in the history of the sport, taking over from Rahm who is an absolute fucking tool.

I don't care how much of an idiot Monahan is and how badly the Tour have fucked over the players, it shouldn't be about that. It should be about your own personal integrity and if McIlroy did that, he'd have absolutely none.

This is the same reasoning they suggested when Rahm left, he was doing it because he wanted to speed up the merger etc. Bollocks, he did it for the cash and he's been miserable ever since. Crying this week about how some players he used to be cordial with now won't even look at him. Yeah, I wonder why. All that shit he said only to then do the exact opposite. And if Rory did that it would be so much worse than Rahm.

This would be the biggest heel turn since Hogan joined the NWO.

That's what Rahm was thinking.

I read a rumor about Hovland as well, probably because he has withdrawn from the RBC Heritage.

But the reason is that he has changed coach again, and he don’t like to play tournaments when he feel there is something wrong with his swing.

some might argue he need to play more tournaments, I’m not really sure what to think.

The PGA Championship starting tomorrow, been a struggle this season fir my boy Hovland, but the last round at the weekend was promising.

Here is an absolute superb article though about him and what kind of guy he is and why he might struggle at the moment.

I really recommend it if you are into golf.

29 under par? Was it on a pitch n putt course?

Literally took the words out of my mouth.

Looking forward to the pga champs this weekend. We do a thing in work

Pick 3 players, with a combined odds of 100/1 or more,

All your 3 players must make the cut to continue in the tournament.

Then simply the guy or girl with the combined lowest score, wins the pot.

One of the lads uploads it to some website so you can follow your scores in real time to see who's leading the group. It's really good.

Sensational stuff. Have you seen the charges he's meant to be facing?

2nd degree assault of a police officer

3rd degree criminal assault

reckless driving

disregarding traffic signals from an officer directing traffic

I don't think he's gonna make his tee time today!

Just been released

World No. 1 golfer and Masters champion Scottie Scheffler was arrested and charged with a felony and other counts Friday morning outside the PGA Championship in Louisville, Kentucky, dramatically upending one of golf’s major tournaments.

Scheffler was charged with second-degree assault on a police officer – a felony – along with lesser charges of third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and disregarding signals from officers directing traffic, according to Jefferson County court records. He’s been released from jail, according to the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.

Sending him to Valhalla for a traffic stop feels harsh but expected from US police. Not sure a putter will be a good weapon for the endless fight. Welcome young einherjar and let the Valkyries guide you
