I think that belittles what happened this afternoon. We were down and out after 28 minutes today. It was a remarkable turnaround.

We're also bedding in a completely new midfield and played without Konate and effectively without Van Dijk too.

Also, Chelsea and Bournemouth we really fucking awful when we played them last season; this year's versions are significantly better.

Imagine explaining to someome who did not know what followed...

"So this ended up with a yellow card - but not for the little smackhead looking rat who shoved a player off the pitch into the dugout - oh no, it ended up with a yellow for the lad he pushed like that because he flicked the ball back onto pitch when he got up....."

Absolute fucking state of it.

If any of the forum cry-arses are looking for a grey lining, they could also point out that we have a much worse goal difference than we had from those three fixtures.

I don't think we need to pour too much cold water on things, especially after the manner of today's victory, however it can't be denied that we'll only improve on last season if we get better results than last season. And right now we are dead on par with last season pointswise.

Some of you lot having a go at Endo - what the fuck was that all about? Are we stopping to the level of bitters now?

Fucking hell, he has been here for 5 minutes.

And had to play in a team down to 10 men for nearly all of that time.

Fucking hell, at least @Bjornebye and @A Red only have two teams!

Chronological order? Kinnell, top cranking!

It’s actually quite fascinating. But I don’t mind if you continue to think it’s top cranking.

Bilbao 4-2 up now after going 0-2 down at San Mames. Your post was a lucky charm Red_or_Dead. Cheers!

Lebanon - Nejmeh
England - Liverpool

Italy - Napoli

Germany - BVB

Spain - Athletic Bilbao

France - Marseille

Saudi Arabia - Al Ittihad

Should be a bannable offence this shit.

Pretty poor how Nunez can't speak any English yet, that takes some real effort. I already know a fair bit of Spanish from watching Narcos.

I am sure he has improved but most likely not enough to feel confident in front of the cameras.

Pocchetino took ages too before he was able to speak without a translator.

Even now he struggle to recognise half his players' names...

On Nunex and the language thing - I love the loon - but FFS he must be as thick as a boxing day turd to not have picked up basic english by now.

It will be around him every day and frankly as a very, very wealthy man with a lot of time on his hands he could afford the best tutors money can buy - if the club aren't paying for them.

Maybe he's a bit nervous speaking English in case people laugh at him. A bit like Harry Kane.
