Not sure if it's his normal shite or not

Be fucking typical to lose him as 2 games a week starts

Playing fucking kids football for Ingerlund.

There should be a rule that a player who is a first team squad player at the top level should not have to play fucking kids football at international shite level.

It would be a blow as he doesn't normally get injured.

The only time he's missed games for us was the injury he picked up against Leeds in 2021.

Jones is rumoured to be fit again, although for how long remains to be seen.

Macallister had discomfort on international duty, Gravenberch and dom played 2 90s and Jones is only just back. Could've done without this injury and it'll mean more game time and increased risk of injury for the rest of the midfielders.

Only city seem to be in full health, the cheating cunts. What's the horse placenta consumption rate in Manchester at the moment?

Akee was stretchered off injured with what looked like a bad one last night. He isnt a first team starter but he is important to them as Harvry is to us IMO

I didn’t see Elliot playing in our two in midfield his only real position is cover for Dom.

It’s not ideal with others having played a lot of minutes in Internationals as has been mentioned. Heard they see anyone as a no 10, we still have Morton and McConnell.

Jones is back and Endo is available.

I like Harvey, seems a decent kid. I also prefer as many players available as possible but it's definitely questionable if Slot rates him or how many minutes Elliott would actually get, probably the West Ham league cup game. We've just signed Chiesa who is infinitely better than Elliott at everything so as long as he can stay fit. If he doesn't then we may have a problem minutes wise for Dom and Macca.

Elliot is still young , he acts like a bit of a knob at times but I think he's got a great career ahead of him . He has an eye for goal , and provides the occasional killer pass. Obviously Chiesa has the potential to be a top player for us and I can't wait to see him in action.

I've yet to be won over by Elliott. He's obviously a very good player but I'm not going to lie, I prefer it when he's not starting. Lots of people don't like Jones but I much prefer him to Elliott but that was in a Klopp midfield so we'll see.

Ali out with a hamstring tomorrow.

Liverpool are assessing the fitness of Alisson Becker ahead of this weekend's fixture with AFC Bournemouth at Anfield.

Arne Slot revealed the goalkeeper missed Thursday’s training session and his condition will be checked by the club’s medical team to determine whether he can participate in Friday’s workout.

The head coach told his pre-match press conference: “Alisson is still a doubt if he can train today, so let’s wait [to see] if he can train.

“Then, if he can’t then he will probably not play as well, so we have to wait and see.

“Apart from Harvey Elliott, [there are no other injuries].”

Asked about the nature of the issue Alisson has sustained, Slot added: “He has a slight issue with one of his muscles and we wonder if this game tomorrow is coming too early or not.

“I think he did not take it from the Milan game, it happened a bit before, but after the Milan game he felt more and more.

“Now we have to wait see if he is ready to be in goal tomorrow, or we have to wait a few more extra days.”

See you in January Ali.

It must be a factor in looking in to replacing him. Players only tend to get more injury prone as they get older.

At least Kelleher has had the two Ireland games recently.

I’d say that he’s told the club he’s leaving next year and wanted to give them advance warning.
