Sure would. A real blow if true.

I’d have Endo as a 6 with Mac and Jones ahead of him.

Yeah, me too.

The This is Anfield website say Hungarian press are saying 3 to 4 weeks, They list a bunch of games which isn;t that bad The Cup Final and FA Cup, plus Luton and Burnley at home, Forest and Brentford away in the league. We should be fine without him in those games regardless I think - the biggest pain being the final and Brentford.

Is Endo back in training?

If its a tough game get Endo as the 6 and Mac Callister in Szoboszlai place. If not Trent into Szoboszlai spot and Mac Callister as the 6

All these continual shouts for TAA to play in midfield - I just can't see it happening.

Read that Minamino flew straight back to France and insisted on being on the bench for Monaco this past weekend, and came on in the second half. Good on Taki.

Another mistake letting him go. He was a decent back up and always looks a threat.

Its more we has lost Dom for a month to 6 weeks by the sound of things but have Endo,Robbo and Tsmiskas all due back with Bradley stepping up. So we have 2 options at each of the fullback spots and 6 position without Trent. So trying him further forward to add what we are losing with Szobazlai in the more advanced positions would appear to maybe make some sense

Thats some revisionist nonsense of you are talking about his league form. He hardly ever got a look in because he didn't look a threat at all in the league. He did well in cup competitions but he has been replaced by far better forwards who fit our system far better.

Trent in my mind could only play in a two in midfield.

I think most are talking of putting him in a 8 position on the right that Dom has been playing in. Not really seen anyone call from him to play as lone 6, as i would agree as a lone 6 he would be bloody awful at the defensive side of things.  Though i think you could play him in a 4231 with any of Mac Callister,Endo or Thiago.

That would be the only place he could play I think.

Not saying i necessarily disagree with it - i just don't think we'll see it.

Pace?

You're kidding right.

The couple things Dom has brought in spades - which is exactly what we were missing ( and are integral to any top midfielder) - has not been mentioned in your list.

Ridiculously hairy legs ?
