Unsurprising really. They don’t need that particular forum to influence those they need to. It’s those with a lesser profile who can use it to accelerate their campaigns. I don't reckon she'd be as bad as Johnson. She's thick as fuck but Johnson is a gangster. I can't imagine Truss, say, wanting to take quaaludes at her kid's birthday party and then, when the police make enquiries, trying to replace the head of the met with her brother.

 

The only hope is that they retain some semblance of a half intelligent civil service while she's in charge.
