She has a real reputaion for only putting a shift in when there's something in it for her, so much that lots of juniors and CS's hate her and its a real problem as she constantly getting others to cover her brief and dumping people in it.

 

She loves though all expenses paid 'research' jollies that have little to do with the day job but go through the books as 'fact finding missions' usually to The States.

 

Maybe something to do with that.
