We have a worse striker than Salzburg so that's fun.

Only pre-season but a lot of 'unconvincing' things about Nunez that people said about him before we signed him seem very evident. Also concerned about how one footed both he and Diaz seem to be.

Hysterical fannyitis rearing it's pesky little head again. Relax the fuck. This crowd have started their season already and we've probably trained today as well as the hard sessions of the last week. Who gives a flying fiddlers fuck. None of these games should be shown. It's a glorified training session with jerseys.

They will be all absolutely knackered after really tough sessions. The only point of these games is to mentally challenge them. The only thing that concerns me re Nunez is the strapping in training on his knee.

I don't understand the logic of giving Nunez the majority of his minutes with a mixed/second team this pre-season.

We know what Firmino can do, he has a deep understanding of how the first team operates and how it plays, playing him with the second team for fitness makes the most sense.

Klopp’s training him up to be our Plan B.

Be keen to see what happens with Bajcetic now. Jurgen and Pep have had a really good luck at him in DM this pre-season.

Clearly they know what Hendo and Milly already offer there but you cannot help but feel that there is an opportunity there
