Ratcliffe vows Manchester United will knock City and Liverpool ‘off their perch’ https://www.theguardian.com/football/2024/feb/21/jim-ratcliffe-manchester-united-knock-city-liverpool-off-perch-three-year-plan-newcastle-ashworth?CMP=share_btn_url

"We have a lot to learn from our noisy neighbour and the other neighbour,” Ratcliffe said.

“They are the enemy at the end of the day. There is nothing I would like better than to knock both of them off their perch."

How's that working out for you Jim, you saggy eyed, tax dodging old fuck?

The mancs love that quote about knocking us off our perch. We did the majority of damage ourselves in the 90s and they took advantage of us being shit as well as generating more money to move themselves forward.

Two things are in very short supply - players that could improve Liverpool and anyone better than Ten Hag.

Tuchel? I know he already turned them down but he’s surely better than 7 Hag?

We have had players that could improve us turn us down as well. They don't count.

Alternatively, you can just pass the ball right through the cunts & then roll it past that traffic cone they have in goals into the back of the net.

It's not even down to needing this or that player imo, he's just such a poor communicator that he can't articulate his ideas so the players aren't playing with any obvious plan, they obviously must drill things in training but he might be terrible at getting his ideas across.

It doesn't look like he's that good at it but I think at some stage enough of their players that are capable of playing well might help him keep his job. Or maybe it's just me hoping that it'll carry on like this for a while longer.

Another day, another Guardian article fed to them by the "Knights" PR department - they really are despicable. I don't know how any sane manager would want to go there.

What is even the point of this fucking article? An exclusive?

It's brillant the number of Utd fans contorting stats from the Liverpool game to suggest it was an equal contest, and support Ten Hag's 'process' no matter what. This is the delusion we need to keep Discount Ming in place.

I think aside from the only stat that matters, the scoreline, their stats compare favourably to the game in April. I hope that helps them feels better.

I'd call that Jamie Jackson a disgrace to journalism, except he is exactly what journalism is - sucking up to power.
