Someone’s Having a Real Laugh - How Long Until They ‘Bin Bag’ Ten Hag?

Recommended Posts

So, what do we reckon?

I’ll give it two years maximum. He’ll get the first couple of transfer windows free because they’ll want to look like they’re invested in the ‘project’ but the majority of them will still want instant results.

Thankfully these days instant results for them would be sneaking into the top 4. What a time to be alive.

If they don't qualify for the Champions league next season he will be gone, and somebody like Gareth Southgate will take over.

He's not shiny enough for them.

They are the magpies of the football world, they'll collect as many flash things as they can but don't know what the fuck to do with them.

I give him until Monday 22nd August. The previous weekend will have seen him and his charges systematically dismembered by an unstoppable force.

Unless of course our game is moved to the Monday evening. In which case he may get past breakfast on the Tuesday.

His problem is the level of competition at the current top four is extremely high. What's he realistically expected to achieve short- to medium-term?

From the outside looking in, they need to go back to basics and implement a modern style of play. They’ve got no chance of doing that with Ronaldo goal hanging.

I think Utd will come 4th next season and Ten Hag will be a relative success.

Who is dropping out of top 4/they will improve past though?

No way the cheats or us....

And for my money Chelsea are miles better than them and Tottenham will IMO improve this season after a full pre season with Conte/buying decently.

Just can't see it myself.

I think Conte will be more focused on CL ( and causing ructions as usual ) and Utd will recover their home form and sneak past Spurs and Arsenal
