Equally, there is absolutely a correlation between the people slamming him for this and those who wanted rid of him even before it happened.

The Nunez fans are basically like Boris Johnson supporters, no matter what complete bollocks he gets up to they ignore the evidence of their eyes and brains and still think he is great.

The hardcore Nunez haters are like the lefty anti-Starmer people. Even when he plays well and scores they are all “it was mainly because the opposition were shit and anyway Corbyn had a higher xG”.

Most normal people are like no one gives a shit about trans issues just do your job and score some fucking goals.

Rank amateur. If you're going into the stands then this is how you do it. The inciting incident was a sharpened coin thrown at one of the Bruins players causing a cut. All goes south at 1:50.

another attacked an entire crowd.

Readers added context:

Darwin Nunez did not attack an entire crowd. There were tens of thousands of people left unattacked including many women and children. A couple fellas I know were there and were unable to participate in this event.

There's 320 pages of you being a tiresome cunt in this thread alone.

Which is fine by me. But the fact remains, you are one tiresome cunt.

I just shake my head these days. For someone who is literally "never wrong" it's quite the feat.

Yeah, but seen no mention of anyone attacking an entire crowd of around 70,000.

Some going whoever that was.

Clearly he just attacked an entire crowd who were peacefully sitting there

For throwing the chair they should throw the book at him but God knows the escalation from that point onwards.

If he'd hit God himself then I'd get a bit of the backlash. He didn't, fuck it off.

My prediction is that the entire Uruguay team gets the congressional medal of honour, apart from Nunez who will get a 9 month club ban but be available for all of Uruguays World Cup qualifiers.

Sounds like a good outcome.

He's a mad bastard I'll give him that.

He's our mad bastard.

People forgetting that Nunez is just um a person too sometimes. It's like footballers are devoid of any human emotion, that they're just a robot for mere entertainment.

absolutely love that mad bastard.!

and before anyone starts the forum would protect Suarez in racism claims blindly yet Nunez being a concerned/angry dad, "nah fuck him"
