Entertaining as it can be, never have two fictional intelligence agencies been so porous. But which is worse?

For me CTU (24) beats out the IMF (Mission Impossible films),if only because at various points it seemed that every one of its agents, bar Jack Bauer, was working for somebody else.

With the IMF it’s usually management level who turn out to be wrong’uns.
