Yep, it's turning into the SPL, except one of the old firm are propped up by a slave state's unlimited oil money, and the other by the greatest manager and backroom operation in modern football.

Yes you are right. But they wouldn't do half as well without another amazing manager teaching them a cheat-mode version of football.

Just a shame that by doing so, the man has very dirty hands.. he shouldn't really be allowed to forget what he is tacitly supporting.

I'd rather City had just been the usual 2 goals up after 15 minutes than have that happen. Soul destroying to lose out in that way. Robbed of yet another title by those cheating cunts. Fuck Villa for such a pathetic collapse and fuck whichever prick was refereeing that game. I turned over when we went 3-1 up and saw a City player stay down for over a minute when 4 minutes of injury time had already been called, and then the ref blew up with Villa on the ball at 4 minutes and 20 seconds. Their chances of scoring were probably about 0.000001 percent at that point but it was still better than the complete zero percent chance it became because of an incompetent/bent official not adding on the proper amount of time.

At least we won our game. Not a particularly good performance, but as we usually do we managed to find a way to win. Shame the City comeback had already taken away any joy the goals might bring at that point.

Let's hope Thiago is okay for the Champions League final but it's not looking good on that front.

Whoever it was I’m sure he’ll enjoy his holiday at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

We're fucking incredible.

You can call City whatever but the fact they were pulled to the last fucking day and needed a win despite the lead they had in what Jan/Feb? We'll be back up there next season.

Onwards to number 7 boys. Fucking champions whatever they do.

Let's be honest - if City lost the league it would be the biggest bottle job in the history of the game. As it is, they still massively underachieved - but Pep, great manager yeah.

Yeah. People will say Villa bottled it, but the same thing basically happened last week with West Ham, except City missed a pen so drew, and everyone gave West Ham props. The reality is that practically no one can get results against City, yet they almost bottled it anyway.

Match threads always have bullshit over emotional ridiculous posts, it's the point it's cathartic. Everyone of those players is a legend and also a fucking biff when they spoon the ball.

Bobby, it's not about being overemotional, it's about a year long list of posts about how this player is a 'piece of shit' or a 'useless cunt'. It's one think if it's Igor Biscan, it's another thing if it's Hendo or Robbo or the men that have made the team one of the very best in the world again, good men. It's fucking out of line. I know it won't stop, but I think one post in the opposite direction isn't too much to stomach.

City fans invade the pitch and sing the Gerrard song after their demigods in Abu Dhabi buy them another title. Pitch invasions and singing about other teams. Christ. They’re a small club, they always have been a small club and they always fucking will be a small club no matter how much they spend.

Couldn’t love this group of players and staff more. Beyond proud of them.

Villa's collapse today sums up the simpering, pathetic, gutless, spineless, bottleless utterly mediocre shite that this league is chocker full of.

The worst part about it is it was in absolutely no way at all even mildly surprising they collapsed as they did from the moment the first goal went in against them.

As for us - simply magnificent - onto Paris, Redmen and fuck those cheating, sportswashing, nomark manc shithouses.

Agree - too many teams do it. Recently, both Newcastle & Wolves have given up, and shipped 5 goals against them. There's a 10 goal swing in 2 games. That's what we're up against.  Why's it going to be any different next season, no matter how good we are.

It's not as if they wanted to concede 5 City are simply relentless cunts get goals from all over the pitch and are pretty fucking clinical most of the time.  Yes, it will be the same shit next Season we almost have to be perfect and actually beating the cunts in the League would help us a lot.

It wasn't to be. They showed the goals at the Etihad during our game and Tyrone Mings, surprise surprise, was culpable for at least one of the City goals with a woeful clearance while his team were clearly under the cosh. He can be relied upon to do that.

When I first saw the replay of the Wolves goal, I was sure that Jimenez was beyond the last defender when the ball was cleared upfield by their keeper, and I was also convinced that Ibou never touched the ball, so unless I've mis-read the situation, play should havebeen pulled back for the offside.

Of course the goal meant we had to chase the game, and that led to us being more susceptible to the counter attack, and also led to some wayward decision making in the final third. We were too hurried. Sadio's equaliser came from a great flick by Thiago but it was a scuffed finish that still found the net.

Sadio had a goal disallowed for offside early in the second, and eventuallyMo made the breakthrough with a scuffed effort of his own creeping into the net. Robbo made sure of the points with the third but by then City were leading in their game.

What I noticed was that both times when Villa scored and a roar went around Anfield (there was a third occasion when our fans were cheering a supposed Villa equaliser, as some bullshit rumour spread like wildfire), Wolves kept hold of the ball for almost 2 minutes and we looked like we weren't sure of what to do.

We've been here before. Beating Wolves with a 2-goal margin of victory at home on the last day, City going behind in their final game before their opponents, having conceded one, realise there's not much point in fighting the good fight, leading to a league title win for City by a solitary point, and us having to lift ourselves for our last effort in the Champions League final. We've come through it before, we'll come through it again.

It’s okay, Newcastle will be along soon to hoover up titles and provide a credulous audience and slack-jawed pundits a narrative about an organically built sleeping-giant suddenly, magically capable of winning the biggest honours in the game.

You know what thats 3 times we've lost out on the title on the last day against theses cheating twats. When's it going to be our turn?

Fucking typical we won the league when no fucker could see it. For me it feels like it didn't happen as we couldn't celebrate or have a parade.

Cant fucking believe the collapse by Villa in what 10 minutes.
