There used to be a girl round by ours years ago who was known as Carol Creme Egg, or Creme Egg Carol, she answered to both. 
 

She wasn’t pretty, put it that way, and she was given said name after some lad allegedly dumped the inside of a Creme Egg into an orifice of hers before licking it all out.

Trying to work out the logistics of this. Did he use a spoon to scoop and then push or just go manual? Seems a lot of effort when he could have just eaten the egg.
