Good chat around how horrible the thought of a European Cup Final against City would be. However, I honestly think we’re the only team capable of stopping them winning it, so I’d rather it was us facing them in the final than anyone else.

That's definitely true. Doesn't make it more palatable though.

Very dangerous to write off Real. Yes, chelsea should have held out but there were shades of Real's game against Juve in 2018 was it? Juve should have gone through but Real spawned the result.

 

I know exactly where Dave's coming from. If we get to the final and it's against city, tripple dread especially if we dont get past them on Saturday! Please god, do NOT let them win a treble!

It makes it worse, as the loss is not just losing a European Cup Final, but losing it to a team you, and even the authorities, know are cheating. It’s insane. They were supposed to be banned from the CL this season and now they’ll probably win it while still cheating. 
 

A European Cup Final is supposed to be a great time if build up and the day. This will be horrible if, as expected, it’s us against the them. Shameful from the authorities it’s been allowed to happen.

Well last year the cheats were beaten in the final by another set of cheats with a goal scored by a player who was bought while they should have been under a transfer ban which was reduced on appeal.
