Last summer I think I said we should get Danjuma and Hlozek. The former will be more expensive now but I'll stick with Hlozek. He looks a proper talent.

How heartwarming to see the reports of Chelsea being flooded with more cash.

Yeah, unfortunately the LA Dodgers are one of those teams that spend loads of money to win loads of games to make loads of money teams.

Could have done with Chelsea being taken over by one of those spend the minimum rape and pillage the club American guys.

Chelsea's largest investor is going to be Clearlake Capital, Boehly will be a minority shareholder and is the public face of the deal because it's more palatable to have a sports owner fronting it.

They'll have an initial boost but they're almost certainly not going to be operating in the same way as under Abramovich.

Chelsea will be as dependent on CL money as Spurs or Arsenal. They're new ownership is a welcome addition to the PL with City and Everton in mind. The PL needs 14 votes to pass anything, already the new guy has been seeking advice from FSG so they could easily take our lead on such matters.

Newcastle first big signing looks like will be Lucas Paqueta. Any good @3 Stacks?

Yes. I think he was at times one of the best players in France, PSG players included, for a Lyon side that was a mess this year.

I would have been happy if we had signed him to play midfield. He's the rare talented #10 who has physicality and workrate to match.

Are A.C Milan minted now or not? That Rafael Leao looks like a player we could use but only at the right price. Obviously not as good as Mane but the hope is that if he fucks off Diaz fills that void and the new forward can take the time to settle in to our style.

I can imagine how those talks went. "Harry, come and join us and you'll get to work with the greatest manager in the game, and we'll even pay you almost as much as you earned at Spurs (in 2018)".

His idiot brother would probably be up for that now I think about it.
