Firstly, the disabled toilets are for disabled people primarily. Secondly aren't you taking the girl to a cubicle to do her business? Cubicles are typically private.

The swimming baths in Chester, what’s it called, can’t remember. Northgate Arena or something. They have the wide open changing rooms in there, no cubicles or anything, and I wouldn’t take a little girl in the mens one.  
 

Thankfully the couple of times we went there I had my older daughter and my mates older daughter who we could trust enough to go in the ladies changing rooms with my youngest, which I’m assuming are the same.

There was some old fella in the Total Fitness gym I used to go to who'd go into the sauna (had one in the changing rooms) bollock naked and it was fucking rank. Saw some fella's go in after he'd used it and half expected them to find a skid mark on one of the seats.
