Does anyone have a need for a mobility scooter

You lovely cunts provided my dad with a fund to buy mobility scooter a few years ago, for those that missed it, read here for the back story:

Unfortunately dad's health has deteriorated to being bed bound, so he won't be able to use it any more. We feel that the scooter kinda belongs to the forum so would love to see it go back to someone who needs it if anyone knows someone in need. It does fold down to fit in a boot of a car but I don't drive so you'd need to pick it up from MK, though if remotely feasible I can possibly try and deliver it using the train. I'll give it a couple of weeks on here and if there are no takers I'll stick it on ebay with the proceeds going to charity.

It has 7 mega drives of static electricity plus a recombobulator. The satnav comes with it, you just need a smart phone with Google maps

Thanks for all the well wishes, I'll remind him of you lot getting his scooter. He's on dialysis 3 times a week and ultimately that has taken a lot of energy out of him and he's on an oxygen supply. 

 

Things are going pretty well at the moment as my brother is over from Australia and got to see him today. Turdseye that is a very generous offer to deliver the scooter, we can go for a beer and slag off Stig. Hope someone knows a person in need, would feel better for a forum member or their family to get it.

Might be worth checking with local hospital. They often lend out equipment to people when they get released from hospital and still need help. Or that work with the local community, might be handy so someone can still get out and about independently
