Astonished the only post on his thread today is a critical one.

The was the one time today he should've pulled it back/ across for one of the other lads when it was 0-0 but otherwise he was great.

2 goals, plenty of endeavor and attacking threat, plus worked his socks off coming back.

That was my first time watching us in person this season and o thought he was as good as anyone on the field.

I wouldn’t say it was critical.

I like the guy, praised his return, and think he’s a good player, he just has limitations that I personally find annoying.

It wasn't overly critical, or unfairly critical, or unreasonably critical. But it was critical.

Not a pop. Just assumed I'd open the thread to praise and was surprised.

I love the fact he’s now starting to get an end product again, but he’s scored and assisted in patches. So far he’s only scored or assisted in 6 out of his 15 games.

I would love a bit more consistency even if the numbers look great.

Gorgeous player to watch, always has been........but with the ever growing demands of fans and their short patience, you're only a string of games without a goal away from being criticised to the moon and labelled such and such all over again.

Maybe we should give him a run through the middle now. Didn’t look particularly promising in that position in the first half but improved massively in the second. Probably our best player at unnatural-looking improvised finishes as well. Get him the ball in the box more and we’ll see more of them I reckon.
