17th at TPC Sawgrass is playing fun today.  More in the water than on the green.  Some of the misses as well have been by absolute miles.  Quite fun the watch the Pro's make absolute fools of themselves.

 

I see Rory criticised the course last week for being too hard.  Crying twat.  i thought the last 2 rounds were great to watch and a good, tough but fair test.  Golfers these days only seem to want to play target golf & moan when it gets hard.  Mickelson's comments about the rough at the Ryder Cup in Paris sum up a lot of the modern golfers. I always prefer watching a tournament when level to 7/8 under wins rather than some of these -15 plus courses. I want to see the best players properly tested

Sky have pissed me off no end with this .  Notwithstanding the weather delays they devoted Tues and Wed to extensive coverage of the practice rounds and endless fucking waffle. Tournament proper arrives and its one day of golf and then endless replays of earlier action dues to wind and rain. Yesterday was a dogs breakfast as players ending rounds . starting rounds and teeing off in no particular order as far as I could see. Now they get another days blanket coverage making it six in total for a 4 day tournament which is not even a Major . I am long past caring who fucking wins Sky are just cunts. 

 

PS Can't wait for a couple of days of highlights , mind numbing pundits and endless repeats of Lowry's ace yesterday.
