It's farcical what football has become you lose two games and draw a few and essentially your title challenge is derailed before it's even January. You're competing with a country for a domestic title as well as European titles, the game has gone to shit.

It's so typical of the current crop of wanky referees that he ran 30 yards, further disrupting what minimal momentum we had, to make sure the ball wasn't a centimeter outside of the quadrant. Yet, like all the other tossers, was not bothered about players grabbing 10 yards on throw-ins.

He wasn't bothered about a Leicester player being a foot inside the box when Mo took the pen either.

He was pretty hot until the last month or so. He looked like he was back to being himself again until the goals dried up recently. His performances have been quite good though overall, but it's skewed by him missing chances when we need him to bury them.

While Matip has been getting lauded recently, I’ve found him very frustrating. The stepping out from the back constantly being the main irritation. It yields no results and leaves us open to counter attacks constantly, especially as he’s paired up on that side with Trent.

Matip's a very good player. I know loads laud his mazy runs but there's often no end product from them. If he could find a telling pass or even score a few headers from corners it would make him far more of a danger to oppos.
