The only problem with Alisson really is he's not always decicive when playing the ball short. He'll take a touch he shouldn't and then has to cut it really close. The mistake he made today, he's normally the best at, coming out like that. That wasn't usual. The corner thing isn't really an issue unless he's fouled and they don't call it, like against West Ham.

Other than that, Alisson is always in the top 5 in the world. It would be impossible for us to do better than him.

We were missing the greatest defender of his generation, our entire first choice midfield, and our captain.

Salah was shite.

Milner was shite.

Keita was shite.

We had a teenager making his first Premier league start.

In the #6 role.

We went down to 10 men.

That should have been them an hour earlier.

We had a stonewall penalty waved away.

And we got a draw.

At White Hart Lane.

To stay 3 points off top.

Can everyone chill the fuck out!?

City will have the bit between their teeth now. Nobody will catch them up only apply pressure. We lose a few players and there's a drop in quality, city have bought a squad so deep there's barely a difference. At some point maybe after they win 7 leagues on the bounce and the premier leagues popularity begins to dwindle they might realise having a state own a football club really fucks things up.

Don’t worry, heroic underdogs Newcastle will be well-placed to ride in and save the day by then.

City have already played away games against us, Chelsea, United and Spurs. I can't see many games where they are likely to drop points.

Yeah, we may as well pack it in now, and focus on the league cup

I can chill out as long as we are all clear that there is no good point for us. That is just obvious and a matter of mathematics. The only good points total for a game from us is 3. Sucks but that is the reality if we want to win the league.

As long as you're clear, buddy.

As long as you're clear.

Im not one of those wringing their hands saying the league's gone.

The way I see it, some say we played well against Villa but just sneaked the 3 points. They said we played well against newcastle but we just sneaked it even if Trent's goal in the last 3 minutes makes it look a good result. Spurs could have been out of sight in the first half before Jota's wonderful header.

What Im saying is, right now, we're not playing as well as some people might think. We just need to hang onto city's coat tails and 3 points against leeds is a must and hope the ACON is postponed.

We're not playing as well because our squad is struggling with injuries and illnesses other teams are able to call off matches for. It's only thanks to Klopp we even have any chance at all.

Can't see the ACON going ahead Docker but you just never know with the football authorities.

Mad thing is we play Palace away in January. Think they will be decimated by lads playing in it more than us so could be worse.

I thought we lacked a bit of nous today. We actually showed some after Robbo went off to take someting from the game. The lack of nous cost us against Brentford and Brighton and right there is the difference between 3 points behind and 1 ahead.

Still think that City have been getting a lot of breaks. The Wolves game being a case in point. We just need to stay within reach of them.

Id add we arent playing well because of the sheer number of games we've had and wouldnt disagree with what you say.

I appreciate Jurgen might want to play the games for good reason but while virtually all and sundry, especially our opponents like spurs today and leicester for midweek, have had games called off, Id like him to be a bit more circumspect on the matter.

Honestly. Fuck this fucking league. No pretence of a level playing field. Unless you’re a homophobic state or a bullying whisky cunt, you get  nothing. We do the right thing by trying to play games and get met by a hyperactivity capuchin and his band of slobbering shitwipes who’ve had a week off because matron felt lumpy. Our thanks? Getting warm ice cube put up our Manager’s japs eye.

Cuntitude.

You won't see many teams who go down to 10 away from home with the game poised at 2-2 have one of their centre halves dribbling the ball on the edge of the opponents penalty area....

We were certainly brave enough today.

Shame we had one arm tied behind our backs by the laughably inconsistent application of the invisible rules the PL are applying to decide what games get called off.

Unfortunately those in charge of AFCON have a seige mentality at present and are completely determined for it go ahead regardless of Covid and escaliting civil war in Cameroon.  Its become political that they think other regions think less of Africa and want to prove a point no matter how fucking stupid it is.
