They were really arsey the last time the sides met, up in arms that we fielded a weakened team and somehow did them out of a payday, yet failing to turn up against a bunch of kids. As mentioned above, the chairman was a real gobshite. Fuck off Shrewsbury, and try giving it 100% in your league games and earn more money by moving up a level instead.

Was he the one with the younger, attractive wife who was involved in the club somehow?

And is that the game Suarez scored a handball in, and they were demanding a rematch?

Decent draw, that. We should be able to get through to the fourth round without putting any demands on our first team.

Given the U18s managed it last time and Shrews are fucking garbage this season (they'll struggle to stay in League One), it shouldn't be too taxing.

Can't wait for their fans to turn up and sing sign on and "where's ya famous atmosphere".

Even though they probably have a shit average gate they will suddenly have about 8000 fans queuing up for tickets desperate to go to Anfield so they can tell everyone that Anfields' atmosphere is shit and overrated on the Internet after singing their Soccer AM knobhead songs.

Chairman thinks he's funny aswell spe t the game calling Kenny, Ian and asking him where his tash had gone . Then kicking off that Peter Moore didn't attend the replay

Chelsea always get a lower league team at home in the first couple of rounds also.

They are obliged to draw the lowest ranked team at home in any competition they are in.

Happens a lot with City too. Happily wanking off the series of league cup wins when they tonk Burton 10-0 on agg in the semi finals whilst we get drawn away to the Avengers early doors.

Just had a look on a Shrews forum and they are whinging inbred fucks.

Fixed that for you. After a cursory look on one of their forums I decided that I want us to destroy them. Properly fucking destroy them.

Sunday, at 2 p.m. and still not on TV. No explanation as to why it’s on Sunday (Everton aren’t at home).

The PL has a winter 'break' again this season from 3 to 26 January. Bizarrely, the FA insists that 3rd round cup games go ahead in this period. It looks like we were scheduled to break from 3rd after the chelsea game to 15th and this game has been scheduled in the middle.
