Hang on, you think people on here are expert virologists? Id take a punt and say it's due to the virus' rapid mutation and, with it being a respiratory virus is very easily spread. That and the fact if you are vaccinated and boosted the majority of people are less likely to be hospitalised.

 

But again, Im no virologist never mind an expert one. Oh, and Im getting a flu jab tomorrow.

Where is the proof you are less likely to be hospitalized? Let me guess, it's from the same folks who told you the vaccine was 95% effective? Oh but we didn't think it would mutate. A billion dollar vaccine that's only good for one strain? It's laughable that you believe that they didn't consider mutations and if they did and still pumped that vaccine, it's extremely enlightening.
