That is undoubtedly a great team goal. However, whilst it is not eligible, as it was scored at The Dell, Mick Channon’s (1981-82) is superior, in my opinion.

Maybe not the best goal in the world but Barnes against qpr in 87/88 was a thing of beauty.

The mythical Molby goal. The Gerrard burst forward and long range effort vs the Mancs is a personal favourite and I imagine that felt similar for anyone who saw it. Brilliant.
