What's the story behind your username?

I used to be someone else. I was that as a nod to the drunken tattoo on my left shoulder and my year of birth.

My current username lacks invention but was chosen in an idle moment when I didn’t expect it to actually work. I’m kind of stuck with it now as I have a policy only to change usernames following a boot from above.

Mad true story - Thatcher's dad invented Mr Whippy ice cream.

Not so mad if you think about it though, they only removed all the cream and replaced it with fresh air.

True tory politics right there.

I thought it was Thatcher herself,as a student and part of some University thesis?

When I started reading the forum, I had only recently started watching Oz and Emerald City was the name of the prison unit the show was about so I choose that being the very creative person I am.

I've been meaning to change it ever since one poster assumed I was a City fan.

That's something I miss about living in rough areas. I live in Aigburth now and as far as I'm aware it doesn't have any obvious local nutcases. Although somebody's tagged the street sign on Aigburth vale so it now says "Aigcunts"

Take a stroll down to St Michael's; I guarantee that, at any given time, the sign for Melly Road will have an additional S.

On the estate where I grew up there was a street called Urley Path. I lived on that estate for over 20 years, and at no stage was the P ever not altered to a B.

I have no idea if any attempt was ever made to clean or replace the sign.
