Agree on Maguire, he's not top class level.

In the round, there's no ethos behind the tactics, but that's the sort of thing that comes with a proper manager being given time.  Soldkjaer isn't that person, and I hope they overlook that for some time to come, but investing time in him will drag them further and further back.

They have a collection of players that are world class but only when playing for different teams with different styles.  And that's their problem, the players were bought on name not on the ability to fit into a team style.  Because there isn't one.

They are an absolute mess from top to bottom.

They just throw money at players and hope it will somehow work.

Add in a manager who is comically out of his depth and it's an absolute car crash.

Yet even upto before kick off today you had 'experts 'like Dion Dublin saying he is on the right track.

Long may it continue.

Some people questioned the offensive nature of the "Chelsea rentboys" shouts from our fanbase. But, the club dealt with it quickly and released a statement condemning the chant and Klopp did the whole video thing too.

Are those scumbags going to own the utterly vile poison shat out by a sizable amount of their fans on a regular basis and call for it to be stopped? All the traditional numbers got an airing today - including the S*n one, the meaning of which is clear and has no ambiguity about it.

It bothered me less than usual today, given that we made an utter show out of them on the pitch. But, it needs highlighting and calling out. Scumbags.

I think the mancs will always struggle due, ironically, to their fanbase.

They've been self decided over the course of decades into believing they're the 'biggest club in the world' and that anyone should be grateful for the chance to manage them.

Anyone who goes there has to respond to their whims instantly, either by buying 'names' to keep them happy, or playing gung-ho footy, supposedly the 'united way', which itself is a myth as they didn't play really attacking footy until they bought Dwight Yorke. With Cantona and Hughes they used to grind out results.

Nobody will ever get the chance to begin a strategy that will take years to come to a fruition.

It's beautiful.

They are the closest thing outside of Spain to Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Only in respect of their massive ego as a club and entitled bellend fans who are obsessed with big names and outdoing everyone.

Shreeves: Does that result put any doubt in your mind that you're the right man for the job?

Solksjaer: We've come too far, I've come too far, and we're too close to give up now.

Too close to fucking what?

He’s right. Another season and a few more tweaks and he’ll definitely have them in The Championship…

Today should be a massive wake-up to United.  This is the first time in many years they've had their failings underlined so emphatically.

They've not won the league in years but been under an illusion they were 1 or 2 big signings from a return to the big time.

They should thank us for this beating, a beating that could have been substantially bigger of we didn't take a rest for the final 30 mins.

Learn from it or don't, we prefer you don't, but you aren't in any relevant conversation we have about what trophies we can win this season or next.  That's the truth.

Focusing back on us, Christ, what a difference having our CB's back make. Last season was a joke.
