Well the team is taking a classic shape so far with Clemence and Neal taking the first 2 positions. I’m pretty confident that this vote will go the same way too, with Robbo trotting into a fairly distant second. What do I know though - what’s your thoughts?

It should be Emlyn Hughes so, given he’s not included, I’ve gone for Lindsay by way of recognising the goal he didn’t score in the 1974 FA Cup Final.

Probably the most difficult choice (so far).  Had to go for Robbo, although it's hard to vote against someone who scored winners in two European Cup finals!

I should have really gone for Robbo having never seen Kennedy play, but he was held in such high regard when I was growing up. Same with Kenny.

 

Edit - didn’t Hughes only fill in at left back? I’ve read that he wasn’t at his best there either

Yeah, to be fair I should have added him. Had thought of adding him and Staunton for his first stint, but assumed they weren’t in the running so left them off. Apologies
