Top 5 salads

1. Shopska (a Bulgarian salad with too much cheese).

2. Pear, Stilton and Walnut

3. Caprese\Tricolore

4. Fruit salad

5. Can't remember the proper name - Goats cheese salad

 

As you can see I think a good salad needs fuckloads of cheese and that I don't have much versatility here, looking for more top salads. A very underrated meal.

A good Caesar Salad is both under-rated and hard to find. The Italian near us does a great one with little chunks of anchovy that just intensify the flavour beautifully 

 

Best salad I ever had was in a crab specialty restaurant in Shanghai called Wang Bao He. The dressing was a combination of sweet and citrus that I would now kill to know the ingredients of

Well it would be a fucking big sarnie cos it fills my plate. Everyone's different and I dont like olive oil or what Id call fancy cheeses in my salad.
