Every time we have a music tournament, I try to give the Bruce Springsteen stuff a go with an open mind & every single time I do, I'm left scratching my head.

 

He is absolutely fucking brutal.

 

I'm Still Waiting with God Only Knows a close second. Both near perfect songs.

Same. I like some of the lyrics, and the idea of the songs, but as soon as I hit play I'm left cold.

 

Johnny Cash's version of Highway Patrolman is decent though, so I won't hold it against him

Repped for the last paragraph. I don’t mind Bruce Springsteen, though I rarely listen to him.
