What time is this on telly tonight? Have to say, I’m not really excited for this. Maybe I’ll get into it when it kicks off but I’ve not bothered with any of the news and stuff so far. I don't see the Ryder Cup as the sort of pinnacle of golf, like some others do.

I’ll watch it, of course, but I’m not really feeling it yet.

1.05pm UK time is first tee time tomorrow.

Stricker needs to hope one of those last two pairings ends up clicking

I think Harrington is the one to worry about the last two pairings, especially Westwood/Fitz.

Can’t see Europe winning at all, there are too many question marks about too many of their players in terms of form (Hatton, Fleetwood, Fitzpatrick, Rory, Poulter etc).

It could happen but it would be a big shock for me.

The US will win and probably comfortably. The course setup levelled the talent last time and Europe always have better chemistry which gives them a small margins advantage. Europe won't have the course setup advantage this time and surely the US can't keep being so dysfunctional. They have to realize they are hurting themselves at some point.

Looking forward to it, though. Ryder Cup is always great.

Agree, cant see Europe being in the running come Sunday. Set up will also suit the ham shanks . Would love to be wrong tho'

Tommy will be fine, I gave him a few little pointers last week. Don't worry about him.
