How have Barcelona got money all of a sudden despite being over a billion pounds in debt?

Have they taken financial advice from Katie Price who fucks off to Las Vegas and has 5 holidays a year despite saying she's bankrupt.

Bankruptcy means past debtors cannot come after you for money. Katie price can now earn money as new and spend it how she likes.

Technically, Barcelona were \ are bankrupt ie income far exceeding debt, but, they were not made bankrupt. Their president stated if they had been a spanish company, they would have been declared bankrupt but because they are a sports club or whatever, are not.

I read they got some sort of finance deal sorted. Whether that included writing off or deferring some or all the debt, I dont know.

He's only got a year left on his deal after this year

Can't see where Barcelona would be getting a fee to buy him this summer. If city think he's gone shit, I don't know why they'd be afraid to sell to us. They know we don't have much to spend, so you'd think be happy to take our transfer budget.

I think they fear Klopp turning him into a beast and them looking foolish.

There's rumours today that we're after Adama Traore in the January window. Wolves are ready to sell because he won't sign a new contract.

Here's hoping he's as successful as his name sake &  Champions League winner Djimi Traore then.

We're looking at Danjuma and Pulisic, the former being more likely.

No, we're not. Danjuma moved to Villareal 5 minutes ago and Pulisic plays for Chelsea, hence they aren't selling a decent player to us.

Also, you've once again not said where you've seen these rumours.

We're definitely interested in Danjuma. It comes directly from Fabrizio Romano who is probably the most reliable source going.

Bull shit. If we were seriously interested in him we’d have bought him for a pittance in the summer. No doubt we’re watching him as I’d expect we are every promising young player from all of Europe’s top leagues. Romano is a chancer.

We're not signing anyone this January. We're watching him for a summer move. That's what Romano said anyway.
