Worst possible draw for a club with no squad

Yes, how on earth did the same squad plus Thiago, Jota, Konate & Tsmiskas, but without Wijnaldum, get 97 points and win the trophy?

Bigger miracle than Istanbul.

Didn’t see this. Well, he’s going to look pretty fucking stupid when he gets bullied off the pitch on Saturday.

Champions League and European Cup winner, as the/an integral player, deserves it.

What we think of him, or how he'd be in our team, is irrelevant.

He had a great and very succesful year which he was a driving force of.

Worthy winner.

Mancs with a spawny group AGAIN. Ours is difficult, but if you want to win it you need to be winning big games like we have. Plus, we've got unfinished business with Atletico. We owe them a double bumming after what happened in March 2020.

Utd had an easy group last season and flopped out like a limp dick.

It's a great draw for us, as we owe Atletico after two years ago.

Porto and Milan are European royalty in their own right, regardless of current status. I'd much rather be playing them than Red Bull [insert random European city here]. Milan at home will be a real novelty.

The squad comments are funny. It's not like had we gotten a weaker draw we would have rotated and rested a bunch. We played a bunch of first teamers against that Danish team in a dead rubber, remember? We're going to play strong teams in every game no matter what.

I don't think it was entirely Klopps choice, we get more money if we win the game and Yachts don't buy themselves.

Still didn't win it though, and lost Jota when he was in peak form.

I hope we've learned from this and play the kids next time.
