Sausage, Bacon and Fried egg on toast is immense but that's not the question so I digress.

Sausage on toast is a formidable offering but yes, I think it needs the fried egg to bring it to its full potential.

I agree though, it needs that extra flavour from the egg yoke.

Mature cheddar with a smothering of Branston pickle or a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
