Richarlison played and scored for Everton today. He won gold with Brazil in the olympics in August and played in Copa America.

Hendo and Thiago barely featured for their countries at the euros that finished before the olympics started....

Guess Richarlison is fitter than Hendo. Hard to admit, but that's all you can say.

I'm guessing it's not to do with the amount of football they played over the summer it's the amount and level of preseason they've had.

The argument will be it won’t impact now it will in 3 or 4 months and I’m sure there’s some validity in that...but we need to win football matches now and for my money we are a lot less likely to win this one today with that midfield.

When Hendo and Thiago hardly played because both weren’t quite fit they really should be fit now IMO.

Fabinho should be in there too.

Mate talking seriously for a second, Klopp's been here almost 6 years, how did you not know that he wouldn't play two players who have had about half an hour of football during pre-season?

Fabinho's a different story, I agree.

Keita remains Klopp's blindspot and AOC as well to some extent, though the homegrown thing will be working in his favour.

Milner as a six is quite easily the biggest issue with that midfield.  The other two being shite won’t help either.

It's Fabinho that surprises me most, but given the state of the options in Keita and Ox for the other two i honestly thought we'd see 1 of them.
