Grealish is astonishingly poor considering the transfer fee. Mostly he holds onto the ball too long, gets fouled or simply throws himself on the ground, and throws a hissy fit. Doubtless talented, but an absolute bellend.

He’s an excellent dribbler, but end product is questionable. The money ball alternative for him would be James Maddison.
