18 league goals is pretty impressive from someone on 500k a week.

When he signed I thought he'd score about 40 tbh. Seeing him live you notice that he can't run in long periods. He has to recharge in-between action like that bum Traore. He rarely misses a pen and has scored a good few close range ones. Throw in his decadely freekick he scored against Norwich and you've got POTY material.

That Jim Ratcliffe has £4bn available to buy Chelsea. Wonder why?

Jim Ratcliffe cut 800 jobs, cancelled union agreements and initiated a three-year pay freeze at his company Ineos in 2018. He's also increased his wealth by over £5bn during the pandemic.

Ratcliffe’s Ineos has been embroiled in several disputes with its workforce. At the company’s Grangemouth plant in central Scotland, workers were forced to accept a three-year pay freeze after being locked out of the factory. The workers were also banned from striking for three years.

It was revealed last year that Ratcliffe had personally lobbied then chancellor George Osborne to break the power of the unions, and to back fracking in the UK.

City are essentially through already - there's little chance they'll lose on the night and less than none that it's by more than a single goal. Even if the massively improbable occurs, they simply won't fall short on penalties. They're in the final and, given they lost last year, are fairly large favourites to win the competition for the first time.

Couldn't have said it any better myself.

Are you allowed to carry plastic flags on the plane? If not they'll be fucked. They couldn't kill Madrid off and I think they'll regret that.

Madrid win for me. If city do make it to the final they will be playing against us who they can't beat but we've already beaten them.

I'm hoping a repeat of this tonight.
