Gutted about the shite winning today.....there is however a potential glimmer of an upside for us in that shit result.

 

The plastics are only 5 pts ahead of 5th and so will now possibly need to be at it in their game a few days before the cup final, rather than able to take it easy/rest players.

Thing is you will always get some of those results over a the season - our great teams who won everything had them, as did the mancs when they were winning everything....

 

The problem is now with where the bar has been moved to is you can barely afford them - instead of maybe 6 losses being 'the norm' and a handful of draws it is down to 2 or 3 losses and hardly any draws.
