So City get a penalty when Kavanagh is looking directly at it , we don't get one when Tierney is looking directly at Jota getting fouled so were exactly is the clear and obvious error principle coming into play where var is concerned I'm genuinely asking a question here

Isnt 'clear and obvious' a Mike Riley interpretation for the use of VAR and not FIFA's?

 

The original idea of VAR was a chance to look again at incidents refs had missed during play.
