This isn't like when Chelsea won the lottery and other clubs had no money or even like when Man City won it....The clubs at the top now are stronger than ever, and FFP will be a big, big issue.

It only took City 4 years to win the league once Abu Dhabi took over.

He is right now but no doubt they will almost build the rest of the team up around him, not long before his memories of playing alongside Shelvey and a Longstaff are far behind him.
