When you can lose just 2 games, go unbeaten for about 5 months, rack up over 90 pts and still not win the title because sportswashing, cheating bastards have moved the bar to requiring near perfection, you know for sure football is fucked...and it is only going to get worse.

We have a team that is as good as any we have had - and they look highly likely to win very little compared to what they should have won - and when that is because the cheats have done what they have done it is absolutely sickening....it must be so dispiriting for our players, they deserve so much credit for not throwing the towel in.

It's sickening as a supporter and it is compounded by the knowledge that millions of footy fans across the land are happy that these cheating bastards are mopping up titles, as long as it stops us.

Jimenez wasn't offside then, and the lino flagged, not checked by VAR.

The refs decided this title.  I mean, that's a Wolves pen.  Nailed.

It's all the little missed yellows as well.  Each game there's probably 2 for City.  At some point the scales have tilted way too much in their favour, to the point of a complete lack of jeopardy in each domestic game even.

Wolves player just tackled KDB then, foul given. Too many little things, too often.

The year they got 98 points he had 2 goals and played 19 games. City practically don't need a single player, they're almost all interchangeable. This season he's taken a bigger role, but his importance is extremely overrated. It's a showcase of their wealth.

That was 4 years ago when they had a squad containing players like Aguero, David Silva and Fernandinho

(Before he got his bus pass). Id suggest the midfield depth made him less important then than he is no.

It's very much like Fergusons dominant domestic era where the mancs intimidated the life out of the game as a whole, opposition players, officials and the FA. Teams are beaten before they step on the pitch. It's noticeable they're not as effective or dominant in Europe.

What did we expect when we've allowed a state owned club with near limitless finances and complete contempt for the flimsiest of financial rules to take hold?

It's all smelling a bit Blueshite and PED's around here folks.

Blowing the title is shit, but it's done, move on!

I am a fan of the mockering routine, but 'blowing the title' is bollocks.

You don't blow anything being unbeaten in months (nigh on half season) - losing 2 all season and getting 90 pts plus.

He missed 13 league games last season as well and they pissed it.

I agree they haven't helped, but it's our own fault we've lost the title, we weren't good enough!

We took 6 points from 6 games against Man City, Chelsea, and Spurs, no? That isn't league-winning standard against our three best-managed competitors. I thought we were lucky enough in a few of those games, too...

We've drawn 8 games bar the Spud game which of those draws can be attributed to officiating?

I'm not disputing any of the other draws. Spurs game and City Vs Everton game were big decisions though.
