Sadly i can't see it making a difference as they'll fall back on the 'it is up to the individual national associations to request the rule being invoked or not'

So I guess they’ll be exempt from quarantine in October then…

In the end, it’s worked out quite well this. Even without the quarantine, given Brazil played at 1am on Friday morning, I doubt Alisson and Fabinho would have been available for Sunday. So they all get a rest and be available for the game. 
 

Given they have 3 games in October again, it’s unlikely they’ll be available for Watford though.
