Same.

It's almost as if most of the Star Wars virgins and superhero nerds have zero taste.

I'm not really interested in the superhero stuff, but as far as Star Wars is concerned I very nearly nominated Rogue One.

I should have with hindsight.

One I definitely should have nominated is First Man which is a superb film. No clue why I didn't think of it.

Haven't seen oblivion, but thought edge of tomorrow deserves a nod as it's exactly the kind of Hollywood big budget film I want to see. Original story (i.e. not a franchise or remake), fun concept, nails the delivery.

Liman makes some really good movies.

No nominations for Flight? I completely forgot it

Flight is shite, it isn't even the best film in which a alky pilot does a backwards summersault in a jumbo jet.

I'm too late to the party here but i'm amazed Sing Street hasn't been nominated, a cracking little feel good film set in 80's  Dublin.

And in case Stig allows late nominations...

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

Interstellar

Dunkirk

Parasite

The Captain

Nocturnal Animals

Sing Street

Free Solo

A Quiet Place

Blade Runner 2049
