Mystic River wins easily for me, truly great movie.

2nd vote goes for Me, Myself and Irene as it's hilarious.

I think In Bruges is decent but overrated and I need a rewatch of TAOfJJ, as I probably didn't appreciate it at the time.

Crouching Tiger, nah.

Crouching Tiger, nah.

Mystic River will go out here.

I would have it as my No.1 film of the decade.

I don't rate it quite as highly as you but agree it's immense and a travesty if it goes out, especially in a group as weak as this one.

Mulholland Drive +1. An absolute masterpiece.

Tempted by Mystic River as my plus one; if I can't vote for the best neo-noir crime thriller of the 00s directed by Sean Penn, I can at least vote for a pretty decent one starring Sean Penn.

I've seen almost all of these and there are some good films here.

In Bruges - it's funny and dark. I like it a lot.

Me, Myself & Irene - surprised it made it this far, it's overwhelmingly not a Carrey classic.

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford - Not seen. I've got in on DVD and watched 10 minutes once and gave up. Draw your own conclusions.

Sexy Beast - an incredible central performance by Ben Kingsley and Ian McShane is great too. It just all feels a bit inconsequential, like so many British films.

Inside Man - decent popcorn flick

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon - great film, Ang Lee's second best of the 00s.

In Bruges and Crouching Tiger, Hidden dragon for me.

Haven't seen Mystic River (not a fan of Penn) and thought Jesse James was beautiful (a deakins classic), but preferred Dominik's previous film - chopper. Sexy beast is ace, and Mulholland drive is unlucky.

In Bruges and Sexy Beast.

Me, Myself and Irene is the only other one I've seen on the list. It was okay.

Would like to see Mulholland Drive.

Went for that and In Bruges

MD is the pinnacle of Lynch’s cinematic career. It’s genius. Mind you, it took me 3 viewings to piece it together and I’m fairly familiar with Lynch’s interplay of the conscious and subconscious. Naomi Watts deserved best actress. Absolutely riveting and fantastic tits.
