Was in the garden earlier hoping to see some bats at twilight, when I noticed these weird sweeping ‘light’ patterns that appeared to be moving behind the clouds, but could have been over them. 

 

The only thing I could think of was car headlights hitting something and reflecting upwards, perhaps. That, or aliens.

 

So, anyone out there able to explain this?
