It's 20mph in residential areas. It's still 30mph everywhere else that was previously 30mph.

All the old cunts are now driving at 15mph everywhere. More than nine of them are going to be shot dead every year.

Also, it's already leading to some really dangerous overtaking just before residential areas (in order to not get stuck behind previously mentioned old cunts).

He certainly had Boris Johnsons (big calls right) number.

Cobra zoom meeting from the start of the pandemic. The caption in Welsh reads...."due to secrecy laws we cannot broadcast this part of the Cobra meeting"

He lost his way badly these past 18 months though.

What's gone wrong over the last year?

Nothing very progressive has happened. Public transport is in dire need of improvement (although lack of Westminster funding is mainly the reason) The 20mph thing has become a distraction.

No wonder he lived in his garden shed.

His son (who he adopted as a troubled teenager is in prison).

Drakeford had made it known he planned to stand down and would not seek re election. Judging by his governments performance (or lack of it) this year (His wife died in January) its probably for the best.
