Although I understand the sentiment behind the protest, there’s no way if this was our fans at Anfield, we wouldn’t have the book thrown at us.

 

Of course, the narrative following this one will be very different. Despite their legitimate concerns, they still play to different rules and will be treated more leniently than other clubs would.

 

Another argument is that if they aren’t dealt with severely a precedent has been set.

IMO this is more about the fact that they have been out of the title race since Slur packed his bags and they blame the owners. ESL is just an excuse for the over-entitled twats to vent their spleen. I doubt had they were reigning champions and were top dogs they would be give much of a fuck about the ESL or their owners

Good on them for making a bit of a stand like, even if it isn't entirely honourable, glad it's not us but somebody needs to speak out. And if this gets called off it hits sky extra hard considering this is one of their most valuable games and is technically a title decider too.
